A seminar, by invitation only on: “The importance of cross-cultural management in international business”.

Vice Rector, Professor Sören Kock from Hanken in Vaasa will host the event. The lecture will be held in Auditorium no. 142, Kauppapuistikko 2.

Our speakers will be emeritus Professor Geert Hofstede from the Netherlands who was formerly Professor in Management and also the founder of the Institute for Research on Intercultural Cooperation in the Netherlands. Our other distinguished guest will be Associate Professor Gert Jan Hofstede from the University of Wageningen. His specialisation is Management Consulting. Both are well known experts in their field and are the authors of the book “Cultures and organizations. Software of the mind”.
